Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

🎨 Non-Returnable Items

Because each kit includes art materials, the following cannot be returned once opened:

• Canvas printout

• Paint palette (if seals are broken or paints used)

• Brushes

• Reference artwork

If your kit arrives damaged, missing items, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

💰 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Process

We’ll share the return address and instructions.

Carefully pack the kit to avoid damage during return shipping.

• Each Pichwai Painting Kit is carefully packed to protect the canvas and painting materials.

• Domestic (India): Usually delivered within 5–7 business days.

• International: Delivery within 10–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

💌 Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on prepaid domestic orders above.

• Standard shipping fees apply for smaller or international orders (calculated at checkout).

🕒 Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

💔 Delays & Damages

• We’re not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural events beyond our control.

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we’ll help arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.
